The Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey analyses data from 35 questions, using WorkL’s employee engagement survey.The survey has been developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties to accurately reflect employee engagement and wellbeing in the workplace, with recognition being awarded only to those companies that meet strict engagement criteria.
Henry Schein One UK achieved an overall engagement score of 85%, compared to a global average of 72% and an industry average of 75%. The company also achieved notable scores across all six key drivers of employee engagement and workplace happiness, including reward and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction.
