Maternity Leave: One of the most special events in your life is the birth or adoption of your child. We embrace the growth of our team through our enhanced maternity leave policy we offer up to 26 weeks of 100% fully paid leave & 13 weeks of 50% paid (subject to Terms & Conditions)

Parental Leave: This most special event in an individual's life is the birth or adoption of a child. Our enhanced parental leave policy is 6 weeks 100% paid (subject to Terms & Conditions)

Family Forming: We support our employees during their fertility, surrogacy, or adoption journey, regardless of marital status, gender, or sexual orientation. This time can be challenging from both a financial and emotional perspective. Appointments for this journey will be taken fully paid.

Birthday off (your day) – Every employee is entitled to take their special day off to enjoy time with friends & family.

Annual Leave: 25 days paid holiday per annum for all employees regardless of level.

Volunteering Days: We understand that we can have an impact on the wider communities, so we offer all employees the chance to take up to 2 days paid time off to support charities that you are passionate about supporting.
