As Customer Success Consultant you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our core solutions and value added products in order to deliver verifiable outcomes and a world-class experience to our customers.

Knowledge & Skills required:

  • Experience with Hubspot and Gainsight
  • Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills essential
  • Experience in consulting, training or related disciplines
  • Understanding of Practice Management Software is essential

  • Excellent planning & organisational ability
  • Proactive approach to work tasks   

What you'll be doing

Provide reporting and insight to the wider customer success team on overall VAP outcomes Consistently stay up to date with both the dental market and customer success best practices Attend events where required Work closely with the product team to feedback customer needs and product enhancements Be proactive in identifying areas of opportunity to promote HSone/HS portfolio of products and services. Work with the training and support team to ensure that you keep up to date with any software changes/enhancements. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
